Very honoured that the High Court expressly relied on our Joyce A. Tan's assistance as an expert in a landmark case on cybersquatting.
The case provides valuable local judicial guidance on what is cybersquatting and if an agreement based on cybersquatting may be unenforceable for public policy reasons.
