Wendy SL Lee has joined us as a Director at the firm

Wendy started her legal career in Corporate Finance at another premier Singapore law firm. She was made Partner and headed the law firm's Corporate Services Practice where she managed the firm's extensive Corporate Services portfolio. Wendy has more than two decades experience in building up and managing Corporate Services portfolios of law firms. Wendy also has experience as Corporate Counsel in a Singapore multinational with business interests in Asia and North America. Over the course of her career in practice, Wendy has been appointed as Company Secretary to numerous private companies across a wide spectrum of industries. These private companies include Singapore group companies of entities listed on NYSE, London Stock Exchange and Tokyo Stock Exchange. Wendy's experience as a Corporate Counsel has given her an understanding in dealing with legal and finance teams of corporations, both locally in Singapore and from their foreign offices. She is often a key contact for management of these companies and works very closely with management and their legal and finance teams to regularly advice on their day-to-day company matters, cross border transactional corporate matters, corporate governance and compliance matters. Wendy also advises foreign companies and multinationals on setting up of their operations in Singapore and their continuing compliance requirements in Singapore.
